The requirements for a Mortal Character to be recruited are the following:

• Must ask the online Operator only
• Level 1~320 Mortal Character
• Must not be a current member of another Academy or private Guild
• Once recruited, a player can no longer join another Mortal Academy. The character name will be recorded as a recruited member and will only graduate within that Academy only.

(For old Academy Members, they can request to transfer on the New Academy, provided that they still have the old Academy Tag.)

We would like to inform everyone that due to the upcoming implementation of our most recent academy revision, recruitments will temporarily be placed on hold until further notice. We advise all interested recruits to wait until our new academies are operational. We will keep everyone posted.

MECHANICS:

• Any WYDians with Mortal Character can join.
• We will conduct a thorough evaluation, only 12 participants will get through and will be declared as the “WYDMates” on June 9.
• All WYDMates and its sub-characters will be muted and will receive a daily supply of 120 pcs. Shout for their communication means.
• WYDMates must follow the weekly tasks which will be posted every week in our Notice Section. If they successfully accomplish their weekly tasks within the given period then they will receive its corresponding prizes.
• Every after Server Maintenance, each WYDMate will send a report on Q&A Section which contains his/her vote to eliminate one WYDMate. They cannot choose themselves in this voting.
• After 24 hours, we will reveal the top 3 WYDMates for elimination. We will then open a Poll-Voting System in which WYDians and non-players can participate and choose 2 out 3 to be saved. The WYDMate which will acquire the lowest poll-vote will be eliminated. All unused Shouts from the eliminated WYDMate will also be deleted.

Chaos Cube

Arnold, the blacksmith of Azran, is in a bad mood nowadays. The monsters kept on attacking, causing the delay of the works in the construction site.

Like any typical day, Arnold was just watching people pass by his shop. Suddenly, for no apparent reason at all, Arnold began to laugh hysterically. After a frenzied laughter, Arnold grabbed his hammer and the sound of his tool echoed throughout Azran again. Since then, Arnold can be seen every night going outside the town carrying his tool with him. When he would return early in the morning, he was already sweating profusely.

One day, Arnold began selling invitation cards to passersby. If someone asks him what the invitation card is for, he would just smile at them.

We would like to inform all that next Weekly Server Maintenance will take place on May 26, 2011 at 03:00~05:00 Game Time for us to be able to provide the best services for all the players of WYD Global.
 

Mortal’s Guild War:

The winning private Guild/Academy will get the following rewards:

• 30 pcs. Water Scroll (N)
• 2 pcs. Experience Box
• If Mortal Academy, then Tax will be divided into the following:
• o Online Operators before and after Guild War will share from 40% of Tax.
• o Online members before and after Guild War will share from 60% of Tax.

New Academy League:

Rules:

• Academy League will now be held once per week only; during Fridays at 09:00 GT.
• Only 4 representatives per academy will be allowed to participate in the battle. These representatives, either Members or Ops, can only join once per month.
• Any Operator can send the list of their representatives during weekdays until the last hour before the start of event. The submitted line-up is always final and cannot be changed anymore within that week.
• The battle lasts for 20 minutes.
• No soul of limits buff, ancient weapons, naiads, imps, costumes, circlets, mounts, sephira “resu”, Bless Revival
• Always show tag.
• Any type of Resurrection is not allowed.

Winning Academy Prize:

• The winning academy will receive double supplies for the weekends plus an additional 1pc. Experience Box per Operator.

Losing Academy: There are no consolation prizes for losing academies.

New Graduation System:

All Mortal Academy Members can now receive their Graduation Rewards if they still have the Academy Tag and their Mortal Character reached Level 370. The player must send us a request in Q&A Section while staying online in-game and the available GM(s) will meet them. Graduations are done only during Saturdays and Sundays and the rewards are as follows:

Op/Chief Rules and Regulations:

• Ops/Chiefs must utilize all the Supplies sent during their shift and party must be full as much as possible.
• Ops/Chiefs will receive their Rewards and Salaries on their Op/Chief account ONLY. Any request for transferring a reward/salary to another account is not allowed.
• Op/Chief must stay online within their respective shift. This shall strictly be monitored by the GMs.

• Any Op/Chief which were marked with Excused (personal), Late and/or Absent will not be qualified to receive the rewards (Weekly/Monthly).
• Ops must send their chosen Day Offs and it will be active for the current month. Day Offs resets every month, and can't be exchanged to any Excused, Late or Absent marks. Ops can still work on Day Off during given situations, but this will not affect their Attendance and/or Salaries.
• Emergency Day Off; which is requested after an OP chose their preferred Day off; should be sent 1 hour before your shift to be approved. An Op/Chief must work on their next Day-Off in exchange of their approved Emergency Day-Off.
• Ops/Chiefs are invited to attend our Weekly Assembly every Wednesday on random times, either in-game or thru Facebook / Forum.
• For recruitment, Chiefs need to send the names of the WYDians to Q&A Section, (and Ops to our Op Q&A Section). Recruitments are during Mons-Thurs only.
• Ops/Chiefs may kick any Member but must submit a valid reason to Q&A Section with screenshot of the violation as proof.
• Ops/Chiefs who acquired 4 Absences within a month will be terminated. For clarification, 3 Late marks is considered as 1 Absent.
• Ops/Chiefs who were proven sharing their accounts to other players will be kicked or terminated immediately without any warning and will not receive compensation.
• Ops/Chiefs who will get involved in any hack/scam case will be terminated and will not receive any compensation.
• Ops/Chiefs are not allowed to transfer their OP Tag to another account or character anymore, unless you reach General Rank.
• Ops are not allowed to create a God Character using their Academy Alias.
• All terminated or resigned (account/sub-accounts of) OP/chiefs are not allowed to re-apply for the position, except for Wildcard Applications.
• Wildcard Ops/Chiefs can only work as their last term, and will be blacklisted from the whole academy if they leave, be removed or terminated out of the position again.
• Ops/Chiefs are encouraged, not obliged, to make Blogs out of the Monthly Topic chosen by the GMs which will be posted on Official Forum. This is done (1) to give additional information, tips, news and comments to all players about the game; (2) to give them a chance to increase their Monthly Salary on their own; and (3) as a requirement on reaching General rank.
• Ops/Chiefs who failed to follow the above rules and regulations will be given disciplinary action.

Mortal Academies:
We will compress the Mortal "Country" Academies into 4 Mortal Academies, 1 per Channel with a designated cape color. The original shifts will remain, and all Sergeant and above-rank Ops will be retained and given the chance to choose their New Academy and shift. Private Ops will be added after they pass on their given interview and the evaluation of their previous performances.

Total Number of Ops = 16

Note: All Sergeant and above-rank Ops must send their chosen Academy and shift as soon as possible (first come-first serve basis) for reservation on Q&A Section.

How to use C.C Mode

Wydians may place their buff skills in the 1st quick slot bar while using the cc mode to make their characters cast buffs.

[Melee Control] When the cc mode is off, you may choose the (M.C.) Melee Control mode by clicking on the cc mode button and the character will automatically cast all the buff skills in the 1st quick slot bar then the character will automatically attack all monsters in range with physical damage. [Spell Control] When the cc mode is off, you may choose the (S.C.) Spell Control mode by clicking on the cc mode button and the character will automatically cast all the buff skills in the 1st quick slot bar then the character will automatically attack all monsters in range with spells under the auto attack toggle bar (red bar). Fixed ranged hunting and free movement hunting is restricted on Spell Control Mode [Non-Combat mode] When the cc mode is off, you may choose the C.C. mode (potion) by clicking on the cc mode button and the character will automatically cast all the buff skills in the 1st quick slot bar then the character will automatically use potions and mount feed

Features

Character will automatically attack or cast spells on monsters within your attack range. Character will automatically use potions when your HP goes down at a certain percentage. Character will automatically use mount feed when your mount’s HP goes down below 6000 Character will not automatically attack players when you’re in a PK zone and your PK mode is on

Typically, normal message can only be seen around your character and only between fellow guild members. You can send your message to any zone by simply pressing the shortcut keys.

Additional Chat Functions

Nick name availble As mark nick name on your own character name, you can use special characters to be more creative. [How to use] Input the command /tab message (ex. /tab WYD I love you^^) and hit enter. Above the character name will appear the message, "WYD I love you^^. (Available only for characters level 70 and above) Note function Using of note function is ideal when the transaction is about auto trade price or if you have something private to tell. - In case of leave a note to the other party. After inputting, /character name /Hey, what's up?, press enter and then the message will be sent to other players. - When you check your note. An icon will appear in lower left portion of your screen, prompting that you have just received a note. Just click the note icon or press H key and click note in upper tab. However, if you get disconnected, the note will also disappear.

In Absentia Message Function When you're away from the keyboard or AFK, using the "in absentia message" will notify the other players why you are out. When someone sends a whisper or Private Message (PM), the player will automatically receive the inputted absentia message. [How to use] To use the in absentia function, refer to this example: Input /snd I'm eating dinner^^ on the chat input window and press enter

• All registered participants must clear their cargo every last day of the month to receive their rewards properly. If ever the rewards are lost due to full cargo, WYD Global GM(s) will not be liable and will not re-send them again.
• A registered participant can send a request on our Q&A Section to un-register his/her account. That player will not receive the monthly rewards, until he/she registers again.
• A registered participant can become automatically unregistered once the classification and number of characters declared changes. They will not receive monthly rewards until they confirm and send another registration to our Q&A Section.

> we only allow 1 character to be deleted per request

> account with vacant character slot(s) will be denied

> if your reason is creating God Character, then you must have Eternal Stone and Sephirot of Choice on cargo

> if your reason is unsealing Sealed Character, then you must have Spirit Sealed Character on cargo

May Event UPDATES!

May Event UPDATES

Here are some additional mechanics, clarifications and changes to all of our events this May 2011. Should there be any conflicts on rules/dates mentioned on our Event Pages, the rules/dates mentioned in this post will prevail.

WYD-IAN Challenge

• The effect of the event result (win or lose) will only apply on the succeeding day, from 00:00~24:00 GT.

Tower Wars

• Registration Period is on May 5~10, 2011
• Announcement of Match Schedules is on May 12, 2011
• Once a team's tower is destroyed, they automatically lose and all of the team's members will be summoned out of the event field immediately.

T3Fun Loyalty Account Fund

• This event is similar and connected to WYD Global's Loyalty Fund, but is considered as another event. So its better to take advantage of these 2 events to earn Gold and TCoins at the same time.
• Registration must be sent to T3Fun Support Page.
• If you have a Hardcore Character (any level; name must be similar to your Mortal), then you are also listed under Loyalty Level 1. If you want to increase your loyalty level, you need to create another God which will then turn into Celestial Character.
